Panthera Firma was designed to provide young minds with an unparalleled platform for practical application and immersive learning through four core events - MARKETSHETRA, BUSINESS CUP CHALLENGE, ADMAD an BISNOMICS
BISNOMICS involved an exhilarating blend of business-themed questions infused with a twist of general knowledge. This quiz is designed to be both educational and entertaining, offering participants a dynamic and engaging experience that will test their knowledge and quick decision-making abilities.
Marketshetra is modeled after the well-known American reality TV program "Shark Tank," in which financiers (or Sharks) listen to pitches from entrepreneurs who are required to raise funds for their products. he Sharks typically require a stake in the business, which is a percentage of ownership and an appealing ROI (Return on Investment) as an exchange for their financial investment into the company.
The Business Cup Challenge offers students a dynamic platform to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills within a competitive setting. Through real-world case studies spanning various industries, participants devise innovative solutions to authentic business challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of industry dynamics and presenting their solutions before esteemed judges.
AD MAD is as an 'Advertising Campaign Competition' for students to showcase their creative business skills in marketing products and services. This competition focuses on showcasing creativity through your own "out of the box" displays of compelling advertisements.
Congratulations to all the Winners for their remarkable accomplishments and commendable efforts in this enriching competition.
From Vision to Victory!!

The GWA Business Youth Summit explored the intricacies of the business world, inspiring our youth to forge connections through entrepreneurship, sustainability, leadership, and technology. Gathering approximately 300 students from grades 6-12 across 15 GEMS Education schools including about 55 students from The Winchester School, the summit facilitated debates and discussions that mirrored real international conferences. Focusing on contemporary global challenges that call for proactive and innovative thinking, students had a brief period to prepare before presenting their ideas to a judging panel.
Our Year 10 students, Dyuti Agarwal, Kyan Oliveira, and Dhruv Relwani, won the Best Business Plan in the Entrepreneurship category at the GWA Business Youth Summit. Their innovative idea, a website designed to enhance the travel experience for people with disabilities, impressed the judges. This platform aims to establish lucrative affiliations with companies like Emirates Airlines, Atlantis The Palm, and Sober Driver, offering services such as booking, transportation, and delivery to ease travel for individuals with disabilities. Congratulations to these students for their remarkable creativity and innovation!
Additionally, our students earned various accolades in the impromptu rounds, excelling in resolving real-life crises within the Entrepreneurship and Sustainability categories. Their creativity and problem-solving skills received high praise from the judging panel.
